
Reiki – My Journey & Why I Love Reiki
Reiki came into my life at a time when I was navigating a deeply challenging phase in my personal journey. I was struggling with myriad emotions, leaving me in a state of confusion, fear, anxiety, and mild depression. The daily practice of Reiki, along with progressing through Reiki Level 1 to Master Teacher Training, empowered me to navigate this challenge from a calm, anchored space. It helped me stabilize my emotions, cultivate inner peace, and respond to difficulties with clarity and strength. The five Usui Reiki principles became a guiding force in my life.
Beyond emotional healing, Reiki has supported me in managing physical discomfort, enhancing focus during workouts, and clearing negative energy from spaces. I have even used Reiki to soothe children during flights, reduce turbulence, and ensure smoother travel experiences! These everyday applications continue to strengthen my belief that Reiki, when practiced with pure intention, works for the higher good of all.
Receiving the Master Teacher Training has further strengthened my desire to share Reiki with others, empowering them to heal themselves. As I deepen my practice, I find myself gradually letting go of the need to control and instead surrendering to the flow of the universe.
